1. Acceptance

By accessing Falcon Heights Intelligence you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.

2. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe or Razorpay in the currency selected at checkout. Trials do not require a card.

3. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, no attempt to bypass RLS or the audit chain, no upload of unlawful content.

4. Uptime

Target 99.9% monthly uptime for the ECP surface. Scheduled maintenance announced 72h in advance.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate for cause with 30 days' notice. Tenant data is exportable for 30 days post-termination.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the tenant's contracting entity's jurisdiction.
