Falcon Heights Intelligence ("we", "us") processes personal data as a data processor on behalf of the tenant organisation. This page summarises what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Data we process

  • Account identity: email, name, tenant, role assignments.
  • Telemetry: sign-ins, device fingerprints, audit events (hash-chained).
  • Process data: event log rows submitted by tenant users or connectors.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Contractual necessity (delivery of service), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, audit chain integrity), and consent (opt-in cross-tenant benchmarks).

Retention

Audit log is retained for the lifetime of the tenant. Personal data is erased on GDPR Art. 17 request via the tenant admin queue.
